For orders over £250, the refund will be processed at the same time as the ticket dispatch, which for some of the most anticipated events can be up to three weeks before. This measure helps to secure seating and prevent any risk of unauthorised resale, ensuring a better experience for all attendees.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the full amount of your order will be automatically refunded within 48 hours to the original method of payment.

Please note that delivery is subject to availability, and in some cases, tickets may not be sent if stock runs out. If this happens, customers can request a refund by emailing us with their order number.

In very exceptional cases, in the event of sudden stock shortages, tickets may not be dispatched. To receive your refund, you will need to send us a letter.
